We're seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Drafting/Engineering Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll collaborate with our talented landscape architects and project managers to bring extraordinary outdoor projects to life. You'll have the opportunity to hone your technical skills while contributing to projects that make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Support landscape architects with drafting and design tasks.
• Create detailed technical drawings using industry-standard software.
• Assist in developing project layouts and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure designs align with project goals.
• Review and revise drafts based on client and team feedback.
• Maintain documentation and ensure designs comply with company standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a drafting or engineering support role.
• Proficiency in CAD or similar drafting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• A creative mindset with a passion for innovative design.
• Prior experience in drafting, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Must hold a valid Maryland driver's license and be able to travel to job sites as needed.

• Competitive salary at $50,000 to $60,000, based on experience.
