Help Create an Exceptional Woodfield Experience From the First Conversation
Woodfield Outdoors is looking for a polished, personable, and highly organized Showroom & Sales Support Specialist to help prospective clients take the first step toward creating an exceptional outdoor living space.
This is a client-facing position at the center of our showroom and sales process. You will often be one of the first people a prospective client speaks with, helping them understand who we are, what we build, how our process works, and what comes next.
The right person is not necessarily a traditional salesperson. We are looking for someone who is naturally comfortable with people, asks good questions, stays organized, follows through consistently, and can confidently communicate with homeowners considering high-quality, customized outdoor projects.
You will help qualify incoming opportunities, coordinate appointments, maintain accurate CRM information, support our sales team, and make sure clients receive professional communication throughout the early stages of their experience with Woodfield Outdoors.
